  1. * Free Shipping is applicable only on ready/end products and not on raw material items.
  2. Free shipping articles for Me n Yarns section are applicable for postal shipment only.They can be payed to courier shipment by paying additional amount as applicable.
  3. Free upgrade to courier services is entirely dependent on the serviceable code by our courier partners.It is a free offer and no additional cost has been charged for this therefore customer cannot claim any refund on it.If the pincode is not served by our courier partner the order would be served by postal services only.

IMPORTANT NOTICE : During these difficult times of Covid pandemic each one of us is going through multiple challenges and investing a lot of hard work in making your parcel reach you.Unfortunately, things have become more difficult and unpredictable for each one of us from packing orders to aligning them and then for the postal guys to make it reach you safety.In regards to this efforts, we do not allow any cancellation of orders ones it is confirmed.

However, if your order goes on hold due to unknown reasons(zonal permissions by govt for us or your zone) then do not worry.Your order is safe with us and we would ship it as soon as things become smooth in our/your zone.

Returns and refund for Yarns and Accessories section :

We do not take any returns/replacement/exchange for the yarns and accessories section of our website.The probable reasons for the same are:

  1. It is difficult to assess if the yarn may have been used up by the customer for project and may want to return the remains.
  2. Customer not pleased with the color.
  3. Customer not pleased with the thickness.
  4. Customer not pleased with the offer and had any confusions while ordering.We always welcome our customers to connect with us over call/mail id/message before placing the order.
  5. Being cotton yarns few of the colors (esp. very bright colors of red blue and green)are prone to bleed in initial phase .We ensure no color fades but as in the case of 100% cotton fabrics, yarns need special care and seperate wash and we recommend to plan your projects  such way as to avoid merging such shades with pastel or light shades.No returns/exchange are accepted in this case.
  6. Customer may not be pleased with the accessory.
  7. please note in any case shipping cost is non refundable. If it was a free shipping offer the website calculated shipping(as per weight and volume)would be deducted  for  shipping charges and would not fall under free shipment category anymore as it was a complimentary offer only.Neither the customer would be eligible for any refunds because as mentioned yarns do not fall under return/exchange policy.
  8. customer ordered more than required.
  9. Customer had any confusions related to quantity/shade/grams as to what is mentioned on website.Please go through products details and connect with us for any cofusion before placing order.
  10. We donot have any minimum requirement order because we want our customer to try a sample order first and if they are please with the product they can plan their order ahead.So please excuse us for any return/exchanges.
  11. The shipping cost payed by the customer Includes packing, transportation , shipment and other miscellaneous charges.So, please consider it as a complete cost instead of only the shipment receipt price.We are crafters like you who work on low margins to deliver your dream yarns to your doorstep and strive each day to bring you better.
  12. Slight variation of colors from the picture displayed is expected due to light effect/screen display/dyeing lot change by the brand. This is an expected behaviour so we recommend all customers to buys sufficient quantity of yarn for the same project in single order.As there may be variations of the same color in next order(due to above reasons).No exchange/refund is applicable for such orders.
  13. We ensure your parcel reaches you in most safe manner.As specified in the order details 2-3 working days are taken by packing team(which may vary if there is any holiday, weekend lockdown, stock issue) and standard delivery timeliness specified by courier partner is 5-7days(which can vary as per state permissions, lockdown restrictions, exceptional conditions as mentioned by failed attempt of courier ).There are many resource and conditions dependancy in the entire process and we expect your co-operation for adjustment of delivery timeliness.We would love to serve you but please plan your order in such way that it has sufficient time to reach you with exceptional conditions in consideration.Customer is not eligible for any refunds/exchange/replacements /Resending of parcel if there is any delay due to above reasons.Our team is trying their best in such difficult situation to make your parcel reach you earliest so we look forward for support from Creative Crafters like you.For resending the same rules applies as return to origin condition above.
  14. If customer rejects the acceptance of parcel for any reason.Firstly the parcel would be resent only when we receive back the RTO from courier/postals, as specified above the RTO actuals and reshipment charges (both
    )are to be borne by the customer.None of the above would be processed until we receive back the parcel in actual state.Your parcel would be safe with us for 60days and you can ask for reshipment anytime during this period after that is is archived and not eligible for further processing.
  15. Customer rejecting accepting parcels are not eligible for refunds and above rule applies.
  16. For very exceptional cases (brand decision based on pre approvals only) of rejected parcels reason specified by couriers for returned parcels refund would be initiated with deduction of 2 ways shipment(shipment +RTO) + 2.5% charges.Without pre-aprovals the parcel is eligible only for reshipment as specified in clause above.

In case customer package returns back  for any of the following reasons, 2 way shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount if the customer demands refund else for re initiation of the delivery the customer has to pay the same amount of shipping as paid earlier,.The parcel remains safe with us for 3 months after which refund would be initiated as mentioned in clause above.

1. Customer address incorrect.
2. Customer phone incorrect.
3. Customer not available. ( Three (3) attempts of delivery will be made by our courier company/postal services)
4. Customer refused to accept.

For wrong details shared by customer the entire process is an exception case and may take a undefined time depending on various conditions like courier response, repayments etc. However we would keep you updated on the latest updates in such conditions.Therefore we request customers to recheck all your details before placing the order as we are not responsible for delays due to above mentioned factor.

For yarns which come under Free Shipping offers due to ongoing or previous offers and customer had not paid any shipping charges for that order and that package returns back for any reasons mentioned above In that case too the actual shipping cost (payed by us to the courier partners/postal services) and the return shipping cost (applies to all courier orders) and additional 3% handling charges(we pay as fees to different platform) will be deducted from your refund amount if the customer demands refund else for re initiation of the delivery the customer has to pay the same amount (actual shipping cost) .The parcel remains safe with us for 3 months after which refund would be initiated as mentioned in clause above.All this would be handled manually by the admin team.

If customer has any confusion related to your pincode please check with your local post office as in rare cases delivery pincode is different and pincode mentioned by you may not fall in same region.Usually in this case parcel is returned with reason “Address Incorrect” or “Address Incomplete”. please note in this case total shipment cost  payed by customer would not be refunded too.

No change in orders or order details can be done ones the order has been placed.The above rules apply in such conditions.Please connect with individual toll free numbers of courier services for any assistance.

Returns and refund for Shop section :

Our policy stand for 3 days. If the customer is  not 100% satisfied with her/his online purchase(except non returnable items), he/she may return their order for a refund within the first 3 days from delivery. The item(s) must be returned in the original unused, unworn condition with the tags still attached. To return you need to drop a mail to with the adequate reasons of return and then send the parcel back to mailing address.

For the approved refunds a refund of Rs30 (For Delhi/NCR) and Rs 50(for rest of India) would be refunded to your original source of payment as shipment charges.

Please note all above rules are applicable for 1 time return only.

For following situations where refunds are not granted:

1. Obvious signs of use
2. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing accessories for reasons not due to our error.
3. Any item for which return request is raised after  3 days of delivery

4. Categories under non returnable section.


Once the  return item is received our team audits for the reasons mentioned by the customer, we will send customer an email to notify that we have received your returned item. We will also notify customer of the approval or rejection of refund.

If its approved, then refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to customer original source of payment.

In case package returns back  for any of the following reasons, 2 way shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount:
1. Customer address incorrect.
2. Customer phone incorrect.
3. Customer not available. ( Three (3) attempts of delivery will be made by our courier company/postal services)
4. Customer refused to accept

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first please check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card /bank/wallet service provided , it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping for Yarns and Accessories and Shop Section:

No return applicable on Yarns and accessories section.

Only defective/missing product replacement would be done after verification of images shared by customer by internal audit team.

Please avoid placing a new order with confirmation as all payments are not refundable if successfully done at payment gateway.

Some of the packages may be delayed because of holidays/weekends at the courier/postal services end.The mentioned estimated time of delivery excludes such cases as there are various cases of possibility of delay by courier company/postal services.In case, the package is still not received after 21days of waiting (fresh order) the customer can claim refund or reshipping depending on the reason(It should not be one of the reasons listed in “Returns and refund for Yarns and Accessories section” as that is non refundable case). For return order approvals can take almost a month depending on the kind of complained raised.
